MIR at the Transport Week


The first days of December were marked by one of the most important occasions for the transport industry in Russia as well as one of the biggest events in the transport world – Transport week 2017. MIR Initiative actively participated in the celebration of the most innovative and interesting technologies and approaches elaborated during 2017 within the exhibition that took place in Gostiny Dvor, Moscow on 6-8 December.

MIR was presented at the showcase of Russian University of Transport displaying MIR and RUT’s joint projects in digital mobility.

The showcase was visited by such important guests as Dmitry Medvedev, Russia’s Prime-minister, and Maxim Sokolov, Minister for Transportation.

Our team presented our latest findings in big data technologies application in the transport industry to Sergei Kelbach, Chairman of Avtodor, Innokentiy Alafinov and Konstantin Pashkevich, members of Avotodor’s Board.

MIR’s multi-level system of project administration and control was highly appreciated by one most prominent representatives of the administration – Igor Levitin, Aid to the President of Russia.

MIR also showed the special soft for processing and analyzing of news in 10 different languages retrieved from thousands of relevant sources and discussed it with Sergei Egorshev, deputy director of Russia’s Ministry for Transportation.

All of the projects presented can constitute a uniform innovative product that strives at enhancement of transportation and infrastructure companies’ performance optimizing administrative processes, decreasing costs and improving efficiency. 

Moreover, specially for the Transport Week MIR prepared an edition of news digest, which was created with the use of the abovementioned soft, covering the most interesting news 2017 from the industry, including Hyperloop, microchips as tickets and many more. 

The event marked MIR’s progressive approach and was accompanied by signing of a number of mutual agreements.
