The second meeting of metropolitan cities was held in Turin. A number of the major European metropolitan cities participated in the event. The President of the Railway Silk Road Cities Forum Mr.Piero Fassino, its Coordinator Mr.Ernest Sultanov and the Head of its Italian branch Mr.Eugenio Novario introduced the aims and objectives of the organization.
