We are not the only beings on this planet, so we must respect the mobility of the others, including that of the animals. To increase mobility you should not always build a new infrastructure and destroy a natural habitat: some times you should just improve the existing one or integrate it better. These are some of the ideas developed in a new MIR White book article written by the member of the Infra Eco Network Europe steering committee Mr.Andreas Seiler, published in Vlast magazine this week.
